METAL STAMPING

Our dedication to quality mold manufacturing, is the key to our expertise in metal stamping. We maintain a robust in-house tooling capability to assure consistence. Either combined in progressive dies or stand-alone operations, we excel at bending, embossing, flanging, blanking, coining, drawing, hemming, piercing and cutting of a wide list of metals and thicknesses. 

With a selection of 110 ton, 160 ton and 200 ton presses in house, we can fully control our production of a wide selection and size of components. For progressive tooling designs, we employ CAD such as AutoCAD, Pro E and Solid Works capabilities.

TESTING

Internal testing assures what we engineer and build meets your expectations, and all required certifications.

Each and every assemblies is End Of Line Tested, to assure that every product we produce, is what you ordered!
